Five years after graduation alumni/ae are charged the sole practitioner fee, currently $240 per year. Alumni/ae may purchase individual memberships even if they work in a law firm.

Membership Sign-up Form

If your firm would like to subscribe to a Library membership, please complete and print out this form and mail it along with a check made out to Franklin Pierce Law Center for the appropriate amount to Kathy Fletcher at 2 White Street, Concord, NH 03301. Memberships are available to firms, practicing paralegals and alumni/ae.

Membership Fees

Alumni/ae who are firm members may be excluded from the total attorney count for the purpose of determining fees, but will not enjoy membership privileges if so excluded. Rates are prorated for those who join after the start of the membership year, July 1. Alumni/ae membership rates are scaled after the first free year.

Interlibrary Loan Services

Interlibrary loan is a cooperative arrangement with other libraries that enables us to make available to you items not in the Pierce Law Library collection. Once a request for material is received, a search is conducted to find the nearest participating library with the item.

Interlibrary loan privileges are extended to current students, faculty, staff and attorney members.
