While there are no overdue fines charged to faculty, the library reserves the right to recall materials if another patron requests the item.

Your Research Assistant may also check out materials for you by obtaining a special card from Paula Jewell (link to section on Checking Out Library Materials un Research Assistants Policy under Research under Faculty Support). You will need to complete the Research Assistant Proxy Form (link to this form) to authorize this privilege for your Research Assistant. If you have questions about proxy privileges, please contact Paula Jewell.

INTERLIBRARY LOAN (ILL)

Often you will find that materials needed to support your research will be available at the Pierce Law Library. A quick check of MelCat, our online catalog, will identify the library’s holdings. If you cannot find what you want on campus, place an interlibrary loan request with Reference Librarian Barry Shanks or fill out the online request form.
