Pierce Law is one of the only law schools in the nation to implement a legal Information Literacy Plan approved by the Faculty that includes:

  • a portfolio of legal information literacy courses from the first year until graduation
  • Librarian information literacy sessions "bolted" onto substantive courses
  • Legal Information Literacy problems "embedded" into courses by Faculty
  • Extra-curricula legal information literacy presentations
